House Whitehart is home to the most noble students at Marlowe's Thaumaturgical Academy. It was founded by William Whitehart when the school was first established. The current head of Whitehart House is Professor Abraxas Caradoc . Whitehart's house colors are scarlet, gold, and black. The house mascot is a bear.

The Whitehart dorms are down toward the lower floors of the campus. Entrance is granted when the password is spoken to a mounted bear head on the third floor. The inside is decorated like a colonial hunting lodge, also known as The Log House. Taxidermied magical creatures line the walls of the common room and move like the paintings across the rest of the campus.
